8 - clear vinyl sticker 5.25" tall by 3" wide
Rubber City Rollers was the name of a Skateshop that I had for a few years back in 2003 to 2006. I drew the blimp for the first graphic and it appeared on t shirts, stickers and skateboards. Many people throughout the years have asked for me to reprint some stuff so they can relive their glory days. I don't really like reprinting old stuff because I figure once something is dead and gone, it's dead and gone. Especially in skateboarding. I feel like it's our jobs as skateboarders to be constantly pushing the envelope and try and come up with new and exciting stuff.
So with that all being said, I kinda went back on my ethics with this new sticker. It features the blimp that I drew as well as few other nods back towards the shop and the surrounding Northeast Ohio area, specifically Akron, the former Rubber Capitol of the world. If you know then you know.
Next time you see the blimp in the sky, give it a salute and always support your local skate shop and skateboarder.
